Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm

No Recordings or Licenses after 4:00pm.

Notary Public Services:

Notary services are available in the Town Clerk's office. Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
The fee to have a document notarized is $5.00 per document.
Free to Easton residents.
You will be asked to provide valid (not expired) photo identification.
Please do not sign the document before having it notarized.

Please Note: Our office does not notarize the following documents:
Wills or Living Wills
Power of Attorney Documents
Any document that will be recorded on the Easton Land Records
